RETURNS & REFUND POLICY: KNC PRINTS

📌 1. Custom Products

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.

✅ 2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Order details

👉 Resolution: We will offer a replacement OR a refund (where appropriate).

🔄 3. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

For items that are not custom-made, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ 4. What We Don’t Cover

  • We cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for:
  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.
  • Minor colour differences.
  • Errors present in customer-approved designs.

💰 5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method.
