📌 1. Custom Products
Due to the personalised nature of our products:
- ❌ No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.
✅ 2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the issue
- Order details
👉 Resolution: We will offer a replacement OR a refund (where appropriate).
🔄 3. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
For items that are not custom-made, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ 4. What We Don’t Cover
- We cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for:
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.
- Minor colour differences.
- Errors present in customer-approved designs.
💰 5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method.
